At times you feel

broken and so does your life. You’re different and as much as you try, you don’t feel like you fit in. You don’t even know where to begin but you are hoping to find healing and maybe even looking for a change. If any of this sounds familiar, you might be experiencing some kind of life transition, trauma, anxiety, or depression. It can be incredibly challenging and exhausting to face the mix of emotions and thoughts alone. You can find a safe space here and I will fully accept you as you are. Together we can explore ways to help you find the kind of life you want and deserve. You can wake up without the weight of the world bearing down on your chest and go out and do that thing you’ve always been meaning to do.

You are the expert, no one knows you better than you know yourself. You know what is best for your life. In this journey of self-discovery, I’ll serve as your guide. This is called a person-centered approach. I use this in conjunction with Choice/Reality therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help you acquire the skills and knowledge you need to be successful in your goals. My priority first and foremost is you. We will work through those thoughts, feelings, and choice patterns that are causing you frustration and pain. Clients who go through this process feel empowered and learn to love the parts of themselves that make them unique, even the parts that feel broken. Not only will you develop coping strategies and mindfulness skills, but you may also come to see and understand yourself through a new perspective. You can find healing and meaning in your life.

You’ve already made that first hard step by coming here. Call or email and we can schedule a 15-minute consultation. I’ve worked with a wide range of ages and demographics, especially within the adaptive community. I’d love to work with you and be a part of your healing experience.
